I moved to the area from out of state and this is my first experience at a new med spa. The service I received today was Botox (Xeomin) for my forehead/brow lines. Jennifer Baird, NP, and was worth more than 5 stars - she is so relatable, sweet, gentle, informative, and saved me money on my first treatment by signing up for a rewards program affiliated at Sapphire. Not only did I spend less money than usual, I got fantastic treatment and a tour of the facility, showing me what services are offered (and what I will definitely be back for in the future)! The front desk staff (Bri) was so welcoming as well - it did not feel like I was a client in an office setting at all. You walk in feeling like you've known them for years and that is so rare anymore! Definitely recommend if you're looking for genuinely kind people who are knowledgeable and willing to share that with you without pushing other services. So glad to be a customer!

I had my first visit at Sapphire today, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. Ashley was absolutely amazing, professional, kind, and incredibly easy to talk to. Her bedside manner was outstanding, and I felt completely comfortable the entire time. Not only was I satisfied with the treatment I received, but I also left feeling uplifted in spirit. Ashley is very knowledgeable about her craft. She takes her time to take care of you and fully immerse you in the comfort of the med spa! The ambiance is very relaxing and comfortable and although you may be there for a medical or wellness procedure, their professionalism and care makes you feel unpressured and at ease.

I had Botox for the first time and I seriously feel like it took 10 years off my age in three days! Ashley was amazing and helped me be calm even though I was a little nervous at first. I highly recommend. The photos are before and after and it's only the 3rd day!

The atmosphere at sapphire is truly amazing. It's so serene. I got a facial by Jillian and when I tell you it was amazing. It was amazing. I recommended everyone to get a facial by Jillian. She is so sweet and kind and gentle. She makes good conversation. The staff was all so kind. It was my birthday and they all wished me a happy birthday. Overall a wonderful experience. I have been going to Sapphire since October of 2023 - the staff and owner are all amazing and kind and pleasant to deal with. Especially when you are talking about personal business and services you are having done - everything is confidential. I love that the owner, Ashley, is always looking for new services and ways to expand Sapphire's offerings. Every month new specials are offered, not to mention they throw lil get togethers to demonstrate new services and this gives you a chance to talk with other patients and maybe look into something you were too scared to try yourself. As a patient, I've always had issues with doctors and I tell you I was scared to even check out a medspa, I never in my life thought I'd be a membership holder with Sapphire. I feel as part of the family.

cannot say enough good things about this place!! first off I had a little trouble finding the location so I called the office, the phone only rang one time before Ashley picked up and she was so sweet and helped me! then when I got there she was so kind and transparent about everything, talked me through everything, gave me a blanket and a stress ball to hold during the service and she did absolutely incredible work! beautiful environment and beautiful souls here, would 10/10 recommend Sapphire Aesthetics to anyone looking!!

I went there today to try out the skinny shot and I had a wonderful experience. I was given a tour of the clinic and everything was beautiful and clean with nice sized treatment rooms. Ashley Vidale was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable (I was a little nervous). The shot really didn't hurt and I can't wait to continue getting more treatments I highly recommend!

Anyone who is looking for a med spa that does it all needs to visit Sapphire Aesthetics and Wellness! I have been there multiples times for microneedling with the Nurse Injector, Lauren. I highly recommend her for any service. She is professional yet personable and explains the procedure and after-care in detail. She makes you feel super comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. She is also highly knowledgeable about what is best for you and your skin! I am in love with my results from microneedling and can't wait to go back for another treatment. The office is absolutely beautiful and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. 10/10 recommend visiting this Spa for any service, you will not be disappointed!

WOW! I have to say that I love that place so much! I just had some lip filler done, Lauren made sure I understood everything that was going to happen and what will happen. The time and the care that she put in to me was beyond anything I have ever known at an establishment like this. Raven the lead aesthetician, makes you face feel as though an angel touched down. Ashley Vidale really took her time with a thorough assessment and listened to my concerns. She helped me choose the best treatment plan for me and I couldn't be happier with the results. I was apprehensive about lip filler because I didn't want an unnatural look. I just wanted to restore some volume lost due to aging. She nailed it. I won't be going anywhere else for aesthetic concerns. The office is beautiful and spotless. Their menu of services is unlike anything youngstown has seen.
